I have seven steps to follow when someone expresses interest in being a new ambassador. It is important to do this every single time! These are the steps that will help your team get their quick successes and help motivate them to keep going! Quick success means getting them 2 customers and/or 3 ambassadors in their first month.
1. Join together - be on the phone with them or on FB messenger while they're signing up. Help walk them through the process. If you need a refresher follow the instruction page here.
2. Add them to the team pages and welcome them! The three most important pages are:
"Allison's Plexus Team" - Our team page (Please welcome them to this page!)
"Charlotte's Plexus Team Ignite" - Upline Charlotte Siems' page (Optional to welcome them to this page)
"Slim Healthy Success" - Ambassador only testimonial page
Optional, but strongly recommended:
"Plexus Biz - Ambassador Health Team" - Our way up there upline: Kristin Abart (has a lot of information in the document section)
3. Post on your personal wall welcoming them to your team. This is two fold: 1) it shows people watching you that your team is growing! 2) it "forces" them to come out on Facebook. This helps them get over their fear of doing it quickly and hopefully generates interest for them thus helping them achieve their "quick success."
4. Encourage them to announce on their wall. Provide them with the examples from our "How do I get to Silver" page. After they've done it comment and show your support. Then post in our group page asking us to show some support on their wall as well.
5. Do a welcome call with them. Follow this outline.
6. Equip them with the tools they need:
- attachments from email. They'll be linked soon.
7. For the first 30 days do everything you can to help them achieve their "quick success." This means the following, but not limited to:
- help them through the "How do I get to Silver" outline and hold them accountable gently
- answer their questions
- comment on their posts
- attend their launch either in person or via Zoom/Skype
- offer to host their launch either in person or via Zoom/Skype
